    It sounds good but not necessarily true.

    Start the day by finding something to smile about. There always is something to smile about, even if you have to force yourself to concentrate for it and if you can’t think of anything, think about how ridiculous you look attempting to find something to smile about, that in itself should do the job :)

    Most of our chaos is self created. Peace can also be induced.

    Don’t pay any attention to things you have no control over, they’ll just depress you further.

    I thought after looking at a few of your posts that you needed a pick me up.

    I hope I’m successful, if not I tried :)

    Thank you Ichabod.. I appreciate it. I will give it a shot. Indeed I have been feeling quite down lately, but I am about to figure it out. Thank you for stopping by. You are always welcome to do so.

    Hi Nichola;

    I can tell by the posts you were feeling down. I don’t know you but I believe that’s why people cross paths, I’ve been there and what I suggested works for me, sometimes it isn’t easy, I know.

    I am a positive person by design so I am up most of the time, not “giddy” up, but up. Even so, there exceptional times. That is life.

    There is so much out there that can put a person down or up, so the first thing to do is eliminate that from your life that you have no control over.

    On my blog you commented on the Gaza situation. It is not a pleasant one, but you or I have no control. Best not to know about it then if it adds to the “down” side.

    You appear to be a compassionate soul, that is why you made those comments.

    If you didn’t care, you would not have said anything or taken the high road on Israel’s side, which many do equating the poor children and ordinary Palestinian with “Terrorist”

    I remember the Palestinian youth throwing rocks at the mighty Israeli Army.

    Like David and Goliath. I think I will write a post about that now that I think of it :)

    Thanks for making me feel better :)
